- UMPIRES
- Two umpires that are registered and certified with USSSA will be furnished each game by the tournament director.
- PAIRINGS AND NOTIFICATIONS
- Closed drawing will be conducted (see proper date on application). Team Managers may call (270) 765-7478 that evening between 6-9PM to receive their game times and opponents.
Insurance
$2,000,000.00 Liability Insurance and Medical Insurance will be provided to each team at no cost.
- AWARDS
- Sponsor Award Trophy: 1st Place in each age division.
Individual Awards: 1st and 2nd in each age division.
- QUALIFIER
- The First Place Team In Each Age Division Will Receive A Berth To The USSSA State Tournament And Points Toward Their Respective USSSA World Series.
- ROSTERS
- Twenty players per team maximum. The roster must be completed and signed by the parent or guardian. Roster must be submitted to the tournament director prior to the first game.
- PROVIDED
- Two baseballs will be provided per game by the tournament director. Home team will be responsible for the official book and visiting team will be responsible for keeping the scoreboard. Each registered team will have access to the Players' Dugout state of the art 23,000 square foot indoor facility. Must call ahead to reserve: no cost.
- FIELDS
- All fields will have new Bermuda infields. Clay will be in all dirt areas. Four batting cages are located at the park. Playground for little ones. GREAT CONCESSON
