Let the Players Dugout prepare your son or daughter for the next level by improving their knowledge and skill level in a competitive environment!

DATES AND LOCATIONS
Players Dugout will hold its 2006 Fall Baseball League beginning the week of August 15th. During the 6 weeks league games will be played at the E.A.B.C. youth baseball fields. We are working with Champions in Louisville on letting the winner and runner-up in each league to play Champions winner and runner-up at the completion of league play.

AGE DIVISIONS
All players need to register in the age group they will play in next spring (2007).
The following age groups will be offered for league play.
_ 7-8 yr. olds / Machine Pitch only
_ 9-10 yr. olds
_ 11-12 yr. olds
_ 13 yr. olds
o We are also trying to locate enough travel teams to have a travel team league.

Only complete teams will be registered to play in the league. Teams will consist of 11-12 players / team. Players who do not have a team to play on can sign up and will be placed on a team by the Players Dugout staff and the fall league coaches.

FALL LEAGUE GAMES & TOURNAMENT
During weeks 1 thru 5 each team will play 1 game per week. In week 6 teams will play a single elimination tournament if there is at least 3 teams in their division. Games will be scheduled on Mon. Tues. and Thurs. for ages 7 thru. 13. Players Dugout instructors will be present for games in order to provide additional insight. Rain-out games will be re-scheduled if time allows, we will not play past Fall Break.

COACHES MEETING
A coaches meeting will be held on Saturday August 5th from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.. This meeting is mandatory for all coaches (head coaches and assistants) in the league. If a coach can not attend the meeting due to an emergency they need to notify Players Dugout (Joe Newton). This meeting will be for scheduling, rules, t-shirt sizes for players and coaches and to draft the remaining players that signed up individually. The following Sat. Aug. 12th from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. t-shirts will be issued to all head coaches for their players prior to the first week of league play.

LEAGUE FEE
o The cost will be $80.00 for those players who are on an existing team.
o The cost will be $90.00 for those players who must be assigned to a team.
o All participants in our fall league can purchase private lessons at a discounted rate of $22.00 per lesson until the completion of our Fall League. Lessons can not be carried over past Fall League.
o Hitting tunnels will be discounted at $10.00 per half hour for one or two players but must be accompanied by an adult. Must call ahead to reserve a tunnel.

**Each player will receive a t-shirt before the first fall league game, to insure that each player get the correct size, clearly mark the correct t-shirt size on the application.
